Cape Fox Shared Services (CFSS) is shining a spotlight on a valuable employee. On February 12, 2021, Rachelle Samia was awarded a Cape Fox Tinàa Award for Employee Excellence. Rachelle has worked with CFSS since June of 2019 as a Recruiter. She is an integral member of the Human Resources team, and CFSS is honored to present her with the Cape Fox Tinàa Award for Employee Excellence.
Rachelle was nominated for a Cape Fox Spotlight by Eagle Health Project Manager Courtney James. Rachelle specializes in recruiting for healthcare positions. She has worked closely with Eagle Health to recruit 32 positions for the U.S. Army Audiology Program. She successfully filled all the positions quickly, and because of her tireless efforts, Eagle Health can fill contract parameters successfully. She fills positions with highly experienced, qualiified personnel and is able to do so with short timelines.
Courtney James recently commented, “I would be absolutely lost without Rachelle – she is a joy to work with every day, and I know I can always rely on her. She handles the stress of this contract with such grace and makes it look easy. I’m so lucky to get to work with her.”
