Supernovae are some of the brightest stars in the galaxy. They shine with a brilliance that makes them stand out above other stars. There are many all-star employees at Cape Fox Shared Services (CFSS), but one, in particular, stands out like a supernova. DeAndrae Jackson, or “Dre” as everyone calls him, has stood out for his consistently remarkable work, often lauded and praised by program managers for multiple subsidiaries. Dre has been an exceptional asset to the CFSS Human Resources Recruitment team. As a result, CFSS proudly presents him with a Cape Fox Tinàa Award for Employee Excellence. This award is given to employees who demonstrate dedication, performance, dependability, productivity, and attitude.
Dre is a Senior Recruiter who started with CFSS in October 2020. As a Senior Recruiter, Dre manages the full-cycle recruiting process. He also maintains data reports and performance metrics, complies and maintains all Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) documentation, collaborates with client groups to understand hiring needs, facilitates interview and hiring discussions, utilizes the recruitment database and other tracking tools, creates job requisitions, and works closely with hiring managers and program managers.
One Program Manager he worked with recently on an essential recruitment need, Michael Cannon, Senior Program Manager for Cape Fox Facilities Services (CFFS), commented, “He [Dre] has consistently supplied qualified candidates to our Construction Security Program and is responsive to candidates and status updates on conditional and final offer letters, which has provided great value to keeping our candidates moving forward and our onsite teams growing.”
Aria Porter, Director of Operations for Concentric Methods and Eagle Health, added, “Dre has been instrumental in recruiting well-qualified candidates for hard-to-fill positions on the Eagle Health United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Contract. His responsiveness to the program management team and candidates, management of contingent and final offer letter submissions, and candidate follow-up have been invaluable.”
These words of praise are well deserved. Dre is often a shining light in the office and a constant professional in his work. He has stood out for his commitment, expertise, dependability, and positive attitude. All these attributes make Dre a supernova at the CFSS office and with the Human Resources Recruitment Team.
CFSS delights in spotlighting Dre Jackson’s remarkable work and his commitment to the team. Thank you, Dre.
