Cape Fox Federal Integrators (CFFI) recently honored its employee Karlita Bonner on December 11, 2020 with a Cape Fox Employee Spotlight Tinàa Award for her dedication and hard work. Karlita Bonner has been an integral part of the CFFI team since Feb 16, 2015 on the Remotely Piloted Aircraft Squadron Operations Center (RPA SOC) program. Karlita understands the importance of team and how the team supports the mission. CFFI was honored to present her with a Tinàa Award because of her daily contributions to the success of our mission.
Karlita started with the CFFI team as a Shipping and Receiving Clerk. She immediately displayed her exceptional understanding, abilities, and willingness to learn. She progressed through the ranks and now works as a top ranked Supply Technician. Warehouse Manager and Karlita’s Supervisor, James Jennings said, “Her absolute and complete understanding of what we do as an organization for the RPA SOC program and why we do it has led her to be the best at her craft. Karlita understands the importance of team and how the team supports the mission.”
Karlita has been a dedicated employee with the primary goal of putting the mission of the contract first. If it is necessary for her to work on weekends or into the evening, Karlita performs the extra work without hesitation. Karlita goes above and beyond. In addition, Karlita had the extraordinary ability to learn and easily pick up new, necessary skills. She completed her Six Sigma Green Belt certification which has only made her even more valuable to the team. Having a Six Sigma Green Belt means she analyzes and solves quality problems and is involved in quality improvement projects.
The customer recently commented, “We wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding assistance we received from Karlita Bonner. We recently had our first experience with Automated Logistics Management Support System (ALMSS) and her assistance was pivotal in us being able to complete the inventory and entry of 2,500+ items within 32 hours. Without her assistance, we are certain that it would have taken us considerably longer to complete the tasks.” – Kip Bottazzi Amentum, Deputy Program Manager/Quality Manager, UASOCS, Warfighter Support Sector.
Karlita devotes a lot of her free time to taking care of her mother and going to church and singing in the choir. She has a huge heart and always considers the well-being of others. In her free time, she likes to volunteer around the community. Karlita helps wherever she can whether it is at work or in her community and we are proud to say Karlita is part of the CFFI Team. Thank you!
