Cape Fox Endeavor (CFE), LLC, a subsidiary of Cape Fox Corporation (CFC), was founded in 2021. Its mission is to provide a solutions-based strategy to all organizational and administrative obstacles to improve the organizational effectiveness for its customers. CFE was recently awarded its first contract vehicle with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), United States Coast Guard (USCG), Director of Operational Logistics (DOL) to provide food services to the U.S. Coast Guard Base in Ketchikan, Alaska. CFE is continuing the work with the Coast Guard, which was started by Cape Fox Facilities Services (CFFS). This five-month contract will continue to showcase the capabilities of all CFC’s subsidiaries, which has made the company an industry leader in facilities services.
CFC and its restaurants have been known for their premium food service and culinary options. CFE is delighted to utilize that experience with the USCG by providing them with our cuisine and management expertise. CFE will provide all the personnel, management, supervision, materials, supplies, and other items required to deliver the food service needs. Many of the tasks will include:
- Dining Facility Management
- Menu Development
- Food: Purchasing, Preparation, Serving, and Replenishment
- Maintenance of Beverage Bars and Self Service Areas
- Clean Facilities, Equipment, and Utensils
- Clear tables in the Officer’s dining area
- Perform Cashier Services
- Inventory Control
- Quality Control
- Perform maintenance and minor repair of food service equipment
- Provide contingency cook/baker upon request
- Administrative Services
