On November 22, 2024, Cape Fox Federal Integrators (CFFI), LLC, a Cape Fox Corporation subsidiary, awarded a Cape Fox Employee Spotlight Tinàa Award to Keion Roberts. Keion began working for CFFI in June 2023 as a Supply Technician on the Remote Piloted Aircraft Special Operations (RPA-SOC) program. CFFI has continued to produce top-notch Warehouse and Logistics team members since 2013. Keion has emerged as an outstanding employee and accepted any challenges directly. His skills as a Supply Technician were fully displayed during the contract transition period shortly after CFFI was awarded a new 5 yr contract for Warehousing & Procurement. Keion was instrumental in conducting 100% wall-to-wall inventory for critical IT equipment valued at $35M; he ensured all items were accounted for and reconciled with the government Material Manager in less than 30 days.
In addition to his warehouse duties, Keion has gone above and beyond by selflessly assisting with inventory management across more than five customer sites throughout the Continental United States (CONUS). His competitive spirit, obtaining his Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt Certification, and his drive towards continuous processes improvement (CPI), which is a trademark of Lean Six Sigma, has made a lasting impact on our operations while maintaining the highest levels of customer service that CFFI has provided over the last 12 years of the program.
