Eagle Health, a subsidiary of Cape Fox Corporation (CFC), employs numerous outstanding individuals who consistently demonstrate commitment and enthusiasm in their roles. One Eagle Health team member has shown exceptional loyalty, commitment, and resourcefulness in their work. Spencer Burnahm, a Senior Budget Analyst on the Defense Health Agency (DHA) contract in Colorado, was recently recognized for his exceptional work and enthusiasm with a Cape Fox Tinàa Award for Employee Excellence—an award presented to individuals who exemplify dedication, outstanding performance, dependability, productivity, and a positive attitude.
Spencer has worked on the Eagle Health DHA contract for two years. He coordinates among the DHA accounting section, contracting, and the Budget Officer to fund 11 Tricare contracts that spend a combined total of more than $7B annually. He also prepares various reports for internal and external customers, including the Office of the Actuary and the DOD comptroller. Additionally, he has been recently assigned as the primary trainer for new personnel in the budget office.

When Spencer is not working, he enjoys applying the same passion he brings to his job to his family. He plays bass guitar and piano and enjoys drawing. He has seven children and invests much of his time in their activities.
